Charlie Chadd

CEO

Charlie oversees all elements of the business; strategy, product, marketing, finances and more.
Before Good Life, Charlie renovated a warehouse in London Bridge and ran it as a co-working space for five years at full capacity. It was profitable from year one onward.


Charlie founded GoodLife+ using his digital marketing expertise. In 2021 Charlie pivoted the business to a
subscription model with the benefit of discounts and deals.

Joe founded Prestige Cars Kent 10 years ago. He has successfully scaled the business to over £50 million annual revenue.

Joe is heavily involved in overseeing commercial activity and making sure the business has the capital it needs to grow.

David Ivy

CTO / COO

David founded dotDigital Group PLC which he took to IPO and a peak Market Cap of $1bn. He managed over 300 staff and specifically, the Dev and Design teams with over 50 people working on product design, bespoke work and R&D.

He will oversee the architecture of the product and make sure it is as robust, innovative and scalable as we need.

David Craven

Chairman

David Craven has been a formidable presence in the global gaming sector for a number of years. In his recent role as CEO of Allwyn Entertainment Limited, he played a pivotal role in securing the fourth National Lottery Licence following an extensive and highly competitive bidding process which led to the subsequent buyout and takeover of the incumbent operator Camelot by Allwyn.

As Managing Director of The Tote, he guided the company's transition from a state monopoly to a successful private enterprise. Additionally, as co-founder of UPC/Chello, David pioneered broadband and digital content services, and jointly led the company through a successful flotation in 1999.

David has served on boards in various capacities and has been involved in the expansion and successful exits of numerous companies. His strategic contribution as Chair of Turf TV and the Ultimate Finance Group delivered substantial shareholder returns.

John Taylor

Non-Executive Director

John, a former Lieutenant Colonel with over 20 years in the Army Air Corps until 2015, now concentrates on aiding small cap listed companies' development. Having spent 18 months in private equity backed portfolio companies, implementing operational turnarounds and costing systems, he brings a wealth of experience.

He holds 3 other Non Executive Directorships positions in listed companies.

His clients include Bet365, FanDuel, Live score and more.
John has led Incentive Games to a substantial valuation.
